    Frontline Service : Provision of Assistance for Senior Citizens

    About the service : To give full support and assistance to the improvement of the total well-being of the elderly and for them to avail the programs and services offered by various government agencies and institution.

    Requirements : Senior Citizen Form, Picture, Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate or any ID, Residence Certificate

    Frontline Service : Provision of Physical Restoration Assistance

    About the service : This service involves the provision of devices to person with disability in order for them to perform tasks and chores with least or no assistance

    Client group : Person With Disability

    Requirements : Picture (whole body)

    Service Schedules : Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

    Frontline Service : Provision of Solo Parent Identification Card.

    About the service : The MSWDO is the forefront in the implementation of Republic Act No. 8972, the Solo Parent Identification Card holders are entitled to programs and services offered by various government agencies and institutions.

    Client group : Solo Parent

    Requirements : Brgy. Certificate, Pictures(1×1 or 2×2), Birth Certificate of children, proof of being solo parent(annulment paper, cert. from Brgy.)

    Service Schedules : Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

    Processing Time : 1 hour

    Process of Availing the Services:

    Frontline Service : Provision of Disaster Relief Assistance.

    About the service : Aside from providing financial assistance and referrals to concerned agencies, the MSWDO is the forefront in giving relief assistance during natural and man-made calamities such as typhoons, fires, earthquakes.

    Client group : Victims of natural and man-made calamities.

    Requirements : Brgy. Certificate, Calamity Report, Disaster Relief Form.

    Service Schedules : Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

    Processing Time : depends on the situation.

    Process of Availing the Services:

    Frontline Service : Provision of Assistance during Crisis Situation (AICS)

    About the service : Indigent individuals and families are given financial assistance, medicines, case study and referral to hospitals and charitable institutions both public and private, and burial assistance to the family of the deceased.

    Client group : Indigent individuals and families

    Requirements :

      For burial and financial assistance (claimant should be immediate family member)

    About the service : Provision of limited financial/material assistance to support the planned purposive return to the place of origin of disaster victim, distressed and displaced individuals/families where the opportunities to improved their well-being are available

    Requirements : Brgy. Certificate, Assistance from the Brgy. Where the family/individual resides, Note from the Mayor
